GENTAMICIN PULVIS - Powder for oral use. - 10 g, 20 g, 50 g, 100 g, 200 g and 1.0 kg.

STATEMENT OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCE AND EXCIPIENTS

Active substance in 1 g: Gentamicin sulfate 16 000 UI

Excipients: Dextrose up-to 1 g

TARGET SPECIES: Pigs and calves (suckers with undeveloped pre-stomachs).

THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS Gentamicin pulvis is a broad-spectrum antibiotic with bactericidal action on Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms, such as staphylococci, streptococci, colibacteria, proteus, brucelli, salmonella, etc., including on microorganisms resistant to other antibiotics. It is used against digestive infections.

METHOD AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Calves (newborns): 1.0 g/kg body weight, divided into two intakes, add to 250 ml of fresh milk. Pigs (newborns and adolescents): 1.0 g/kg body weight, divided into two intakes, morning and evening. Apply the product one to two days after passing the visible clinical signs. Read the leaflet before use.

EXPIRY DATE:  Meat and offal (calves and pigs): 3 days.

Do not use in animals which are intended to produce milk for human consumption.
