Sulfathiazole Ointment, 50 g

Sulphathiazole unguent - Unguent for external use - Plastic laminated tube x 50g containing 2.5g of sulfathiazole sodium.

STATEMENT OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCE AND EXCIPIENTS

Active substance in 100 g: Sulphathiazole sodium - 5.0 g

Excipients: Cod-liver - 5.0g , Wool Fat - 12.0g , Aqua purificata - 12.0g, White Soft Paraffin - 66.0g

TARGET SPECIES: Lambs, goats, calves, sheep, goats, cows, horses, dogs.

THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS: For treatment of infected wounds (hemolytic streptococci, pneumococci, staphylococci, Pasteur and E.coli), as well as other skin lesions. It acts prophylactically for surgical wounds.

Sulphathiazole acts antiseptically, has anti-allergic and anti-phlogistic effect, and helps to spread the inflammatory products, helps to reduce necrotic tissue.

METHOD AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: For external use. Prior to treatment with the product, the skin of the affected area should be cleaned and trimmed. Pre-clean the necrotic and purulent areas of the wound. The product is gently rubbed with a spatula twice a day (in the morning and in the evening) for 4-5 days. Read the leaflet before use.
